Terms and Conditions

No promotion can be used in conjunction with any other deal we have on at any given time.
Please remember, we are not machines or robots, therefore, it would be much appreciated if you treat staff as you would like to be treated. We all have bad days and we all make mistakes.
Once payment has been made, we do not offer refunds. If you change your mind, however, you may be able to change the date that you would like your order to be processed.
Please note that there is an amendment fee of 5 GBP per change once the order has been confirmed. There is a late order fee for orders due within 7 days of confirmation starting from 10 GBP for Cupcakes and 15 GBP for larger Cakes.
Delivery is chargeable from 1 mile of SW16 otherwise collection is welcomed.
We have the right to refuse orders.
We will always aim to present your order to you as close to expectations as possible, however, colours may vary as these are not made my machines.
It is the customers duty to inform us of any allergies since we use dairy, eggs gluten, fruits, and occasionally nuts in our kitchen.
We have the right to change our terms and conditions without due notice to any customers, please ensure you read the terms and conditions before each purchase.
We have the right to change our prices at any time without due notice to our customers.
We have the right to withdraw and cancel services/transactions. We aim to manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
We forbid any unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. Thus., can decline orders made without notice. If any form of abuse or hostility is experienced by any of our staff, we have the right to disable user accounts.
We will always aim to deliver your cake on time. Please collect your cake within the hour time slot you have chosen as we have other cakes to deliver. If you do not arrive within your time slot, we have the right to deny access for your collection and will reschedule at our earliest of convenience.
Once your cake has left our premises, it is your responsibility to ensure that it reaches its destination. We are not responsible for slips, trips, falls, humps, bumps, animals, carelessness or negligence.
