Yes!  We can use alternative ingredients in most cases. If you have dietry requirements, please ensure you make clear what they are when ordering. If you have a specific question, please message us on Whastapp or via text message. 

We can use gluten free flour, however, the texure of the sponge will differ from our original sponges. This is the same for vegan cake and egg free cake. However, dairy free is the same texture as our original sponge.

Please note that our products are made in a kitchen where eggs, dairy, gluten and nuts are present.

Before the buttercream cake is collected/delivered it is stored in the refrigerator to ensure that our customers are able to transport them with less worry. Nevertheless, please remember that this is cake and not a box of trainers. Therefore, it is imperative that you transport with care. (Go easy on them humps and pot holes). Once your cake has reached its destination, we reccommend that you keep it stored in the fridge and take it out one to two hours prior to cutting. 

If there is any leftovers, it should be stored in an air tight container or tin foil with no gaps at room temperature and should be consumed or disgarded of frozen after day five. 

Depending on the size of the cake it will need one to two hours to reach room temperature. We recommend only eating cake once it has reached room temperature. This is because it may otherwise seem dry.

The easiest way to cut your cake is in half! once the cake has been cut, use your pallette knife to draw one half of the cake open to the side. Now you can see a rectangle right? Then cut it again and again which will give you more large rectangle slices. Cut those large rectangle slices into smaller rectangle pieces.

No, once the cake leaves the premises on collection or has been recieved by someone on delivery, it is your responisbility to ensure it reaches the final resting place safely.

We recommend when collecting a cake that you leave in a car to ensure safer delivery to where the cake is going to end up. Cakes have to potential to slide off the board if it is not on a flat surfcae.
